Seminar plus official Notary exam Reviews all laws and regulations you are required to know to continue as a Notary. You must take the exam and be fingerprinted again. Your commission must be current to be eligible for the 3 hour course.

1) A $40 check made payable to “Secretary of State” for the test fee.
2) Proper ID – current state issued driver’s license or ID card or passport.
3) Two #2 pencils.
