Aerobic Dance for Fitness and Fun
This exciting Jacki Sorensen dance program meets twice a week and features dance routines, stretching, abdominal work and strength training – all choreographed to music. It is a happy class filled with lots of laughs and sweat!

| Beginning Ukulele |
Learn to play the ukulele! This popular starter instrument is for the true beginner to music. It can also be an excellent way to get back into playing an instrument for those who have been away. By course end (or before), students will be playing easy songs and simple melodies. Bring a ukulele (preferably soprano, concert, or tenor) to class.
Instructor: Jarold Davis has been teaching guitar and ukulele for more than 20 years, both privately and in the classroom. He also has extensive recording and touring experience, having performed such venues as the Gibson Amphitheater in LA to Madison Square Garden in NY.

Belly Dancing
This unique style of dancing is also a type of fitness utilizing the body's core muscles and arms. It's easy on the knees but still can cause one to break a sweat! This is a novel way for young and old to exercise and brings out the fun in all of us.
Instructor: Zhanna Waterman is a versatile fitness instructor who possesses numerous credentials and certifications from Europe and the United States.

Beginning Guitar
Here is a course designed to get brand new students and students with limited experience playing simple melodies and chords right from the start. Students will be able to play and accompany themselves on basic songs by course end. Bring your guitar to class.
Instructor: James Swing is a performer with 40 years of experience, including playing in a country rock group for many years. He is a graduate of U.C.L.A.’s ethnomusicology department program and a guitar and music instructor for Moorpark Unified School District and Ventura County’s “Artist in the Classroom” program.
