Chef Suzanne Landry

Cooking Fresh from Farmer's Market

Let’s shop together at Farmer’s Market and learn what is seasonal and what fresh vegetables really are! We’ll return to the kitchen and pair fresh veggies and salads with a great many vegetable dishes from appetizers, soups, salads and entrees and finish with a fresh fruit dessert. Meet Chef Suzanne at the Thousand Oaks Farmer’s Market at 4:15 p.m. (at the bus shelter on Wilbur Road and W. Thousand Oaks Blvd. at the east end of the Farmer’s Market parking lot. Look for Chef Suzanne in her chef’s jacket, carrying a clipboard.) You’ll take a tour of the Farmer’s Market and then return to the kitchen at the Adult School. Don’t miss the fun!
