Spanish Beginning 1
This is our first class for those interested in learning conversational Spanish. Learn communication for travel, work or personal enrichment. Topics include: greetings, pleasantries, and basic communication. Course emphasizes preliminary basic greetings and pleasantries, simple communication skills, and such useful topics as making introductions, asking basic questions, giving directions, emergency information, and general conversational strategies. No prior knowledge of Spanish is required. Bring your interest and desire to learn Spanish in a relaxed setting. No tests or exams.

This is a continuation of our Spanish Beginning 1 class. It is suitable for continuing students with 15 hours of previous instruction or those who have had exposure to Spanish elsewhere. Class continues with present tense and vocabulary, exploring past tense verbs and more complex sentences. It is still a Beginning class.
