The Rx for Detox

Finding Your Ancestors on the Internet
Learn how to use the internet to search for information about your ancestors. Each week you will be guided through some of the best sites for researching your family history and piecing together your background. Hints on how to work the sites for best results will be given along with hints on how to think like a genealogist. This is a “hands on” computer class, so you will need to be comfortable working a mouse.
Instructor: Nancy Haslam is a professional genealogist who has been the Director of the Newbury Park Family History Center for 8 years. She has given community genealogy classes throughout Southern California.
