Dental Assisting

Students will be exposed to an interesting and comprehensive curriculum and have the opportunity for hands-on practice and learning with dental equipment and materials used every day in the dental office.

Coursework includes:
• Dental Anatomy and Terminology
• Special Dentistry Practices and Procedures
• Safety and OSHA Requirements
• Front Office skills including Billing and Insurance codes
• Practical Application of Dental Assisting Skills and Materials
• Resume, Interview Skills and Job Preparation
• CPR/1st Aid Certification
