Important note about registering online: |
When you register online for classes, we recommend you make yourself a printout or a note on each course, dates, location, room no., etc.
Also when you register online, you'll receive three e-mails: The first e-mail will arrive shortly after you register, and will state that your QuikReg Registration is Pending. The second will arrive within 24 business hours after you register, and will state that your QuikReg Registration is Confirmed. The third e-mail will say that your credit card has been charged. All three e-mails will come from "do-not-reply@myschoolbucks.com"; they'll be titled respectively: QuikReg Registration Pending; QuikReg Class Registration Confirmation; and QuikReg Registration Processed.
Please note that some e-mail spam filters place legitimate e-mails in the Spam/Junk folder of your e-mail program; if you do not receive a Pending e-mail or Confirmation e-mail in your Inbox within approximately 24 business hours, please check the Spam/Junk folder. The best way to ensure that the online registration e-mails arrive in your Inbox is to add the following address to your electronic address book: do-not-reply@myschoolbucks.com |

| Online registration is not available for the following programs: Parenting, ESL (including TOEFL), High School Diploma (Academic Programs), GED (Academics). For info on how to register for courses in these programs, click the appropriate link in the drop-down menus (green) at the top of this page. |

Phone: Call the Adult School at (805) 497-2761. You may
use your Visa or MasterCard to register by phone. Please have your
credit card and course information ready.
In
Person: You can register on campus in the Main Office.
You may use your Visa, MasterCard, personal check or cash. Registration
may take place on the first day of class ONLY if space is available.
Fax: Fax your completed Registration Form with credit card
information to: (805) 374-1167.
Mail: Send your completed Registration Form along with a check or credit
card information to: Conejo Valley Adult Education, 1025 Old Farm
Road, Thousand Oaks, CA, 91360 |

.Refund Policy |
- NO REFUNDS will be made to a student who withdraws voluntarily
from a class in which he/she has enrolled.
- REFUNDS will be made only for classes canceled by the Adult
School.
- BOOK REFUNDS - There are NO refunds on books.

Conejo Valley Adult School does not sell or give your registration information to any third-party organizations. If you provide an e-mail address to us, we ourselves may use it to e-mail you notifications about upcoming, changed or canceled courses, or about news and events pertaining to our school. You may always opt out of such e-mails by notifiying us.
Payments are for registration for courses/programs, and no tangible goods are delivered/involved, except for some courses which require books, art supplies, or etc. For those latter courses, an extra fee is charged when noted on the web page or hard-copy catalog; sometimes, the extra fee is payable at the first class session.
Online registration is done over a secure server via eReg/QuikReg, from mySchoolBucks (www.mySchoolBucks.com), "a VISA/MC Registered PCI Compliant Level 1 Service Provider." |
